OPTICAL 3D MEASUREMENTS
Inteliform has two coordinate measuring machines :
1. Micro – Vu EXCEL 664 UM, with the following parameters:
- 0,1 µm Resolution
- 650x650x400 mm measuring limits
- 36:1 optical zoom
- Mechanical touch-probe or LASER
- Possibility to export / import in CAD format
2. High precision measuring machine MicroVu 200x150x150
The advantages of the optical method of measuring parts
- Lower costs due to higher speed measuring
- High measurement accuracy due to the number of points highlighted
- Measurements of very small pieces and fine details (islands, pockets etc.)
- Parts that do not allow direct contact – very thin walls, soft or easily deformable materials
