Devices – as solutions for increasing quality and productivity

The design is made either by Inteliform or by the client – in which case we offer advice in terms of functionality to reduce the execution costs.
We can make specific, themed devices or modify existing production devices for realizing new products or meeting new production requirements.
The materials and execution method always follows the industries specific standards and the requirements of the project (ESD materials, surface protection, safety etc.).

We’ve produced insertion and depaneling devices, customized devices for test stations and many more. We have a portfolio of completed projects for our partners in the automotive industry, the electronics industry and more, and we are always open to new challenges.

„Poka-Yoke” systems

High competition and limited manpower require appropriate solutions. The “poka-yoke” systems can be a solution to the quality and productivity requirements, eliminating occurring production errors.

Pallets for tin wave soldering

Using only specific, established materials, we produce pallets for tin wave soldering. We rely either on standardized projects within our company, or to the customer solutions.

We also execute repairing of existing pallets to minimize the costs to our customers.
